At we believe in running. Running from, running to, running around, running under, running through…etc. as long as its got running, it’s fun and it’s inclusive, then we’re all for it. The benefits of running, and running consistently, at a target-heart-rate tempo, have long been shown to be many. From improved cognitive ability to positive mood shift, to improved focus, running is one of the secrets to overall physical well-being. At, the basis for most of our warm-up and full-length games is running. To make the games inclusive (because not everyone can run at the same speed, for the same amount of time, for the same duration), we try to provide opportunities for every runner, regardless of ability level, to play an active, important and fun part of every game, with a single catch: They must run, as best as they can, to do it!
