  • Tennis balls.

Description:

  • Place a tennis ball in each hand and prepare your body to do a push-up (feet together, back and bum straight – not pointed to the sky!).
  • Your hands are not allowed to touch the ground, so you must do as many push-ups as possible (bringing your chest low so that it almost touches the ground), using the tennis balls to support your weight.
